Limits
Packdog has three plans — Free, Pro, and Enterprise. This page explains the limits on each and how to lift them; the commercial detail (prices, overage, the bandwidth promise) lives on the pricing page. Your exact, current resource limits are always shown on your dashboard Overview (app.packdog.dev).

Free is for evaluation and non-commercial use. The moment your modules run on a commercial site — or you cross the Free load allowance — that's the signal to move to Pro.
Package loads (your traffic)
A load is a browser or app resolving a channel to its current version. It's the cheap control-plane lookup, not the bandwidth — file fetches and cache hits never count (see How loads are counted). Your last-30-days load count, with a trend, is on your Overview.
- Free includes 25,000 loads a month — plenty to evaluate the whole loop.
- Pro includes 1,000,000 loads a month, then $2 per 1,000 above that. We keep your site serving and bill the overage — never a silent throttle on a paying site — and you can watch your usage any time on the dashboard.
- We never bill you for bandwidth. Files are served from Cloudflare's edge, where egress is free, so a viral spike is never a viral bill.
Very high burst traffic is rate-limited for platform stability — generous enough that you'll only notice it at abuse-level spikes, not normal use. If you're planning unusually heavy traffic, tell us and we'll make sure you have the room.
Upload limits
These apply to each version you deploy, on every plan — they're abuse guards, not tier levers:
| Limit | Default | What it bounds |
|---|---|---|
| Per version | 20 MB | Total size of one uploaded version |
| Per file | 10 MB | The largest single file in a version |
| Files per version | 100 | Number of files in one version |
Need more headroom?
On Free, upgrade to Pro from your dashboard Settings → Billing — a million loads a month, more storage, and higher resource limits, for $29/mo. Need more than Pro — committed volume, SSO, a signed SLA? Talk to us about Enterprise. Individual limits are raisable case-by-case too; just ask.
